Crypto accelerators: 74 startups in 6 cohorts, 21 in trading

74 Crypto accelerators startups named in 6 cohorts announced 29 June to 5 October 2026. Logos: Mercatus AI, Tribeca, Conta, Kravata, ClawPump, Traded.gg, SmartX, Liquorice, Asseto Finance, Predikt, DashX, Mana, Grow, Renn, GridPilot, Transact.sh.

Crypto accelerators named 74 startups across the 6 cohorts in this article, announced between 29 June and 5 October 2026, and onchain trading is the largest sector in that set with 21 of the 74 places. NAUT tracks 47 of those 74 companies as live pages, each one carrying the team, the sector and the funding history, and every company named below links to its page.

How this list was built: NAUT read each accelerator's own cohort page or cohort post, took the companies named there, then matched each one to its NAUT row on 1 November 2026. The 74 named places cover 73 distinct companies, because Flovia is named in both Base Batches 004 and Colosseum Accelerator Cohort 5. 47 have a live NAUT page and sit in the tables below. The other 27 are left out of the tables, 1 of them (Laso, in Colosseum Cohort 5) because its NAUT database row has no public page yet. 26 of those 27 carry a sector in the tally below; the 27th, Silicon Exchange in Alliance ALL18, was named on X without a product description NAUT could read, so it has no sector. The sector column is NAUT's reading of what each company says it builds. Every count here is cohort membership, never a funding amount.

Which sectors are crypto accelerators backing in 2026?

Onchain trading leads with 21 of the 74 places, then the mixed group at 17, stablecoin payments at 16 and AI agents for finance at 13. The table is ranked by the number of companies in each sector across all 6 cohorts. It covers the 73 named places where NAUT could read what the company builds, including the 26 with no NAUT page, so the shares are of 73, not 74.

Sector Companies Share of 73
onchain trading 21 28.8%
other 17 23.3%
stablecoin payments 16 21.9%
AI agents for finance 13 17.8%
consumer 4 5.5%
RWA 2 2.7%

Onchain trading and AI agents for finance each appear in all 6 cohorts, the mixed group in 5, stablecoin payments in 4, RWA in 2 and consumer in 1.

Companies per sector, the 73 named places with a sector read
  1. onchain trading21
  2. other17
  3. stablecoin payments16
  4. AI agents for finance13
  5. consumer4
  6. RWA2

Onchain trading and AI agents for finance are the 2 sectors that show up in all 6 cohorts. Consumer apps sit in 1 cohort only, Colosseum Accelerator Cohort 5, which holds all 4 of them.

Each cohort has its own tilt, so a reader sourcing in 1 sector can start with 1 program. The middle column reads as companies named, then how many of them have a NAUT page, and the Alliance ALL18 and Y Combinator 2026 rows count only the names NAUT could read, not the full cohorts:

Cohort Named / NAUT Largest sector
Base Batches 004 10 / 8 stablecoin payments, 4
Alliance ALL18 8 / 4 onchain trading and other, 3 each
YZi EASY Season 4 24 / 12 onchain trading, 8
Colosseum Cohort 5 21 / 17 other, 7
Sui Hydropower, 3rd 6 / 6 AI agents and onchain trading, 2 each
Y Combinator 2026 5 / 0 AI agents for finance, 3

Which startups are in Base Batches 004?

Base, Coinbase's layer 2, named the 10 teams in Base Batches 004 on 5 October 2026, which makes it the newest cohort here. 8 have a NAUT page.

Plus 2 more not yet on NAUT. 4 of the 10 build stablecoin payments, which is the strongest single-sector tilt of any cohort in this article.

Which teams are in Alliance ALL18?

Alliance announced ALL18 on 8 September 2026 as a 20-team cohort. 8 of those teams had a public name when NAUT read Alliance's own posts and launch index on 1 November 2026, and 4 of those 8 have a NAUT page.

Company What it builds Sector
Custom robot parts procurement other
Onchain yield strategy platform onchain trading

Plus 4 more not yet on NAUT. Alliance's launch index labels 7 ALL18 products and leaves out the 8th, Silicon Exchange, which Alliance itself named on X on 6 October 2026. NAUT found no published roster for the remaining 12 places, so the rest of ALL18 is not public yet and the 8 names here are the ones a BD team can work today.

Which startups presented at YZi Labs EASY Residency Season 4?

Season 4 of the EASY Residency, run by YZi Labs (the firm formerly called Binance Labs), is the largest cohort here: 24 teams, 12 of them with a NAUT page. 8 of the 24 build onchain trading and 7 build stablecoin payments.

Prop-AMM infra for EVM onchain trading

Plus 12 more not yet on NAUT. That is the widest gap in this article, because YZi's demo-day page links an X profile for only part of the roster, so the rest could not be matched to a NAUT row.

Which startups are in Colosseum Accelerator Cohort 5?

Colosseum, the accelerator for Solana teams, selected 21 startups for Accelerator Cohort 5 and announced them on 29 June 2026, drawn from 2,857 Frontier hackathon submissions and 112 Eternal submissions. 17 have a NAUT page, the best coverage of any cohort here.

Which Y Combinator 2026 companies are crypto?

NAUT read YC's crypto and web3 industry page on 1 November 2026 and got 50 of the 74 rows it lists, and the batch-filtered directory URLs returned a page title with no company rows. 5 crypto companies from the 2026 batches came out of that read: Fire Wallet and ORO AI from the Fall 2026 batch, Verdict Machine and Arbital from Spring 2026, and Masterpiece from the 2026 batch tagged P2026. None has a NAUT page yet, so there is no table for this one, and the full crypto count for any single YC 2026 batch stays unconfirmed.

What changed in crypto accelerators since the earlier 2026 cohorts?

The sector mix moved toward trading and away from a fintech-heavy split, and 1 program stopped publishing cohorts at all.

  • Alliance, cohort over cohort. Alliance said on 16 July 2026 that ALL17 took 2,089 applications down to 16 graduates, a 0.7% acceptance rate, split 44% fintech and stablecoins, 38% AI and 18% prediction markets. Of the 8 ALL18 teams with a public name, 3 build onchain trading, 3 sit in the mixed group, 1 builds AI agents for finance and the 8th, Silicon Exchange, has no product description NAUT could read.
  • Colosseum doubled. Colosseum's own announcement says Cohort 5 is roughly double the size of the cohort before it, at 21 startups.
  • YC stayed small on crypto. Biteye, a research account, posted on 29 October 2026 that crypto was 9 of about 626 YC companies across the Winter, Spring and Summer 2026 batches, 1.44%, with stablecoins and payments at 3 and trading and DeFi at 3. That is their count of those batches, not NAUT's.
  • YZi stayed crypto-heavy. The same Biteye post said 47 of the 55 YZi Labs companies it tracked in 2026 were crypto, about 85.5%, and that EASY Residency Seasons 3 and 4 together disclosed about 49 startups.
  • a16z crypto CSX. NAUT's check on 1 November 2026 found no 2026 CSX cohort it could confirm, so no CSX cohort is listed here.

NAUT also looked for 2026 cohort rosters at 9 other crypto and web3 accelerators: Outlier Ventures Base Camp, Orange DAO, Founders Inc, Aptos, Avalanche Codebase, NEAR, Polygon, Superteam and Chainlink BUILD. None of those produced a 2026 company list that NAUT could read, so none of them is counted above.

What crypto accelerators tell a BD team or an investor

These rosters are the earliest public signal that a team exists, which is the moment to reach a founder before a round closes and before a vendor list is set.

  • Sector first. 21 of the 74 named companies build onchain trading and 16 build stablecoin payments, so an infrastructure seller with 1 product can work 2 lists and cover 37 of the 74 places, exactly half of the set.
  • Freshness first. Base Batches 004 was named on 5 October 2026, the newest cohort here, and 8 of its 10 teams already have a NAUT page.
  • Coverage matters. Colosseum Cohort 5 gives 17 companies with a page, the most of any cohort, so it is the fastest list to work end to end.
  • Watch the overlap. Flovia is in 2 of these cohorts, so a founder who clears 1 accelerator's bar is a signal worth re-checking against the next cohort list.
