About NAUT

What is NAUT?

NAUT is a directory of the people building in crypto and how to reach them. It lists 13,100+ people and the Telegram, email, LinkedIn and X it holds for them, plus the projects, funds, service providers and events they belong to. NAUT is operated by Mesa.

Save hours of research on the decision makers you need. Close more deals every week.

What is in NAUT?

NAUT is organised into these parts, each with its own pages: projects (crypto companies and protocols), investors (the funds that back them), service providers (auditors, legal, KYC, dev shops and agencies), people (founders, operators and allocators), events, and articles from NAUT Research on fundraises and the market.

Who is NAUT for?

NAUT is for anyone whose work depends on reaching the right person in crypto: founders raising a round, business development and sales teams, investors looking for their next deal, and service providers looking for clients. It is built people-first. Projects, funds and sectors are how the directory is organised, and the point is always the person you are trying to reach.

How are contacts checked?

Every Telegram, email and LinkedIn is checked before it enters the directory, and you only spend credits once a contact is confirmed. A contact you unlock stays yours permanently, including after you cancel. If someone you need is missing, every paid plan includes Concierge lookups, so the research desk finds and verifies their Telegram for you.

What does NAUT show besides contacts?

The connections around each contact. Every person carries a career timeline: where they have worked, in what role, over time. Every company page carries its team, so one person leads to the people around them. Every fund page carries its portfolio, so a backer you already know leads to the teams they have funded.

What is NAUT not?

NAUT is not a market data tool: for prices, TVL and on-chain analytics, use a market data platform. It is not a wallet tracker: for following money on-chain, use a block explorer. NAUT is the directory of who to reach, how to reach them and how you are connected to them.

Where does the data come from?

NAUT aggregates publicly available information about crypto entities (companies, projects) and the people associated with them. Sources include public websites, public social media (Twitter, Telegram channels, LinkedIn profiles), and information directly submitted by users.

Listed in NAUT and want your record updated or removed? Use the data deletion form or write to support@naut.so. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.

Who runs NAUT?

NAUT is built and operated by Mesa. NAUT Research writes the articles on NAUT, and Mesa publishes them.

How do I contact NAUT?

Email hello@naut.so for anything general, or support@naut.so for help with your account, billing or data. NAUT is on X at @NAUT_so and on LinkedIn.
