A crypto pitch deck template that gets read is 12 slides long: title, problem, product, why now, market, traction, what you are selling, distribution, competition, team, the raise, and the ask. The send list is the harder half, and it moves with your check size: NAUT holds 49 pre-seed, seed and extended-seed rounds announced between 1 July and 27 October 2026, 43 of them with a disclosed amount totalling $328.95M, and the firms that lead at $1.7M are almost entirely different from the 13 that lead at $6M and above.
Data note. Every count here was read from NAUT's own database on 27 October 2026, read-only, covering rounds announced between 1 July and 27 October 2026 and typed Pre Seed, Seed or Extended Seed. 49 rounds at 49 separate companies, 43 with an amount, 6 without. The backer list resolves to 78 distinct investors, every one with its own NAUT page. 2 numbers are worth knowing before you trust any lead name here: 31 of the 49 rounds carry no lead flag at all, and 21 disclose no backers. 3 of the 49 companies have no live NAUT page yet, so they are named nowhere below. These are the seed-stage rounds on NAUT for that window rather than a crypto-only list, and 3 of the 49 are artificial intelligence companies:
AIsa, an AI agent payment network, raised a $6.5M seed announced 3 July;
Axis Robotics, an AI robotics company, raised a $12M seed announced 27 July; and
Gradium, a Paris AI voice startup, has a seed announced 8 July with no amount in NAUT's record and
NVIDIA Venture Capital as the only backer on the row. AIsa and Axis Robotics count inside the 21 rounds of $6M and above below, Gradium is 1 of the 6 rounds with no amount and so sits in no band, and no fund named anywhere here is flagged as a lead on any of the 3. Each round used as an example was checked against 2 public sources. 2 of those checks disagreed with the stored record and the disagreement is left in: press coverage of the $5M round in the middle band reported Portal Ventures leading with PEER VC participating, while NAUT flags both as leads, and InfiniFi's seed is recorded at $3M while the announcement said the round exceeded $3M. The 12-slide order is editorial. The check-size bands and every name attached to them are data. NAUT Research wrote it.
Crypto pitch deck template: the 12 slides, in order
The order below is the same whether you are raising $300K, the smallest disclosed round in this window, or $40M, the largest. What changes is slide 11, and slide 11 picks your send list.
- Title. Company, 1 line that says what it does, the round you are raising, your name and the channel you answer fastest. Nothing else.
- Problem. The thing that is broken today, said as a transaction someone cannot do, with a number against it.
- Product. 1 screen or 1 transaction, shown. Put it in a crypto pitch deck before the market slide, so the reader sees the thing before the size of the prize.
- Why now. The rule change, the chain upgrade or the cost change that made this possible this year and impossible in 2024.
- Market. The pool of fees or volume you can take, built from the bottom up. Top-down shares of a trillion-dollar figure get skipped.
- Traction. On-chain where it can be, with the contract address or the dashboard link. Volume, wallets that returned, revenue, and the 1 metric you are managing to.
- What you are selling. Equity, token, or equity with token warrants, said plainly on its own slide, with the supply and vesting if a token is in the deal.
- Distribution. Who sells it and how it reaches users, named: integrations signed, chains live, exchanges or custodians in the pipe.
- Competition. The 2 or 3 teams a fund will name back at you, and what you do differently. Leaving them off means the fund fills that slide in for you.
- Team. Who has shipped this before, with links to each person's own page, and the 1 gap this round hires.
- The raise. The amount, the instrument, what it buys in 18 months, and the milestone the next round needs.
- The ask. The 1 thing you want from the reader: a lead, a check, an intro, or 30 minutes. 1 ask, 1 name, 1 channel.
Slide 11 is where a seed round pitch deck decides who should receive it, because the amount on that slide picks the list.
Which funds should get your crypto pitch deck template?
Sort your raise into 1 of 3 check sizes and read the leads in that band. Across 1 July to 27 October 2026, the 43 rounds with a disclosed amount split 12, 10 and 21 by count, and very unevenly in money: the 21 rounds at $6M or more hold $270.65M of the $328.95M total, and the 12 rounds under $3M hold $16.7M.
Under $3M (12 rounds, $16.7M).
Firms NAUT flags as lead:
Maven 11 Capital (2 rounds),
Blockwall,
Gaea Ventures,
Foundation Capital.
$3M to $6M (10 rounds, $41.6M).
Firms NAUT flags as lead:
Electric Capital,
Generative Ventures,
NextBlock,
Portal Ventures,
PEER VC.
$6M and above (21 rounds, $270.65M).
Firms NAUT flags as lead:
Blockchain Capital,
Variant,
Polychain Capital,
Portal Ventures,
Lattice,
Dispersion Capital,
Sequoia Capital,
Gumi Cryptos,
Third Prime,
The House Fund,
Foundation Capital,
Collab + Currency,
North Island Ventures.
2 firms appear in 2 bands. Foundation Capital led a $1.5M seed and a round above $6M in the same window, and Portal Ventures led a $5M seed and Vest Exchange's $13M. Everyone else above stayed inside 1 band for all 4 months, which is the useful part: a $2M deck sent to the 13 firms in the top band is a deck sent to the wrong stage.
- Put the amount on slide 11$1.7M, $4.6M and $13M are 3 different lists, and only 2 firms here led in 2 bands.
- Read your band's leads4 firms led under $3M, 5 led $3M to $6M, 13 led $6M and above.
- Add the repeat joinersCoinbase Ventures joined 4 of the 21 rounds at $6M or more and led none of them.
- Open each fund's NAUT pageThe page lists the rounds it backed and the people to write to.
- Send 1 note to 1 partner31 of the 49 rounds carry no lead flag, so confirm who actually led before you cite it.
How much did each of these rounds raise?
7 of the 49 rounds are worked through below, 1 to 4 per band, picked because each has a live NAUT page and 2 public sources.
These 7 hold $54.45M of the window's $328.95M, with Multiliquid's $8M counted as the total the company announced across its pre-seed and its seed. The gap between the top and bottom bar is the gap between 2 send lists, and the deck that travels both is the same 12 slides with a different number on slide 11.
Who led the biggest seed rounds, and at what check size?
One block per round, with the lead first and the names NAUT records alongside it.
Tare, $13.25M seed, announced 16 September 2026.
Led by:
Blockchain Capital.
Joined:
Stani Kulechov,
Strobe Ventures,
Neoclassic Capital,
Janus Henderson Investors,
Avalanche Foundation, and 2 individuals NAUT records on the round,
Henri Stern and Phil Potter.
8 names, and the only round of the 7 with a traditional asset manager and a chain foundation on the same cap table.
Vest Exchange, $13M seed, announced 7 October 2026.
Led by:
Portal Ventures.
Joined: nobody else is on the record.
1 name on a $13M round, and 21 of these 49 rounds go further and disclose no backer at all: the money is public while the syndicate stays private.
Dataline, $10.6M seed, announced 21 October 2026.
Co-led by:
Lattice and
Dispersion Capital.
Joined:
Coinbase Ventures,
Anagram Crypto,
Symbolic Capital.
2 co-leads is the pattern at the top of this window, and a co-led round means 2 partner relationships to build, in parallel.
Multiliquid, $8M across pre-seed and seed, seed announced 15 October 2026.
Led by:
Polychain Capital.
Joined:
CMT Digital,
Strobe Ventures,
Circle Ventures,
Generative Ventures,
Metalayer Ventures.
The $8M is the total funding the company announced across a 2025 pre-seed and this 2026 seed, so read the band placement as a ceiling on the seed cheque. Generative Ventures led in the $3M to $6M band and joined here, so a fund that will not lead your round may still write into it.
Walapay, $4.6M seed, announced 2 October 2026.
Led by:
Generative Ventures.
Joined:
NGC Ventures,
Big Brain Holdings,
Jsquare,
Contribution Capital,
Reflexive Capital,
Commerce Ventures,
Verda Ventures,
FGV Capital,
Polygon.
10 names on a $4.6M round, the longest list of the 7 here, and Big Brain Holdings joined 2 of the 10 rounds in that band.
InfiniFi, $3M seed, announced 23 September 2026.
Led by:
Electric Capital.
Joined:
Generative Ventures,
Fasanara Capital,
DCF God,
New Form Capital,
Fourth Revolution Capital (4RC),
2Square,
The Rollup.
NAUT records $3M, the floor of the band. The announcement said the round exceeded $3M, so treat the figure as a minimum.
Tenka, $2M pre-seed, announced 17 September 2026.
Led by:
Maven 11 Capital.
Joined:
Gami Capital.
2 names on the whole round, which is normal under $3M, and Maven 11 Capital led 2 of the 12 rounds in that band.
What this tells a BD team
A funding round is a buying window, and this window has 49 of them with the dates attached.
- 21 companies announced $6M or more. That is the group with a budget signed in the last 4 months and a team being hired against it.
- 12 announced under $3M. Those teams buy almost nothing and will answer a founder or a partner directly, which makes them the better target for a partnership rather than an invoice.
- 31 of the 49 rounds carry no lead flag, so the fund you would use for a warm intro is often missing from the public record. The joiners are easier to confirm.
- Coinbase Ventures is the most frequent name in the whole set that never led: 4 of the 21 rounds at $6M or more, which are Dataline's $10.6M, OpenReserve's $25M, CatchBack's $8M and the $30M round whose company has no live NAUT page. It also joined a 5th round in the set that disclosed no amount.
- 78 distinct backers sit behind these 49 rounds, every one with a NAUT page listing the rounds it joined and the people on it.
- Start at the top band21 rounds of $6M or more, $270.65M between them, each with a date in the last 4 months.
- Take the round's joinersCoinbase Ventures joined 4 of those 21, so 1 fund page opens 4 companies.
- Find the buyer, not the founderEach company page on NAUT names its team with titles.
- Use the fund for the intro78 backers across the 49 rounds each have a NAUT page with their own people on it.
How to reach the decision makers
Every name in this article is a page on naut.so, and each page is built for the next step rather than the citation. A fund's page lists the rounds it backed and the people who work there, so Lattice and Dispersion Capital each open onto a partner list and the other rounds they co-led. A company's page lists its team and its backers, so Multiliquid opens onto the 6 firms on its round.
Work it in this order: your band's lead list, then the joiners who appear twice or more, then the partner at each firm whose own page shows rounds like yours. Send the 12 slides to 1 partner, with the amount on slide 11 matching the band you picked them from.
2 record-keeping notes for anyone citing these pages. Electric Capital's NAUT page sits at a misspelled address, /investors/electric-sapital, which still opens; the firm is the one at electriccapital.com. Blockchain Capital is held under 2 unmerged NAUT rows, and Tare's round links the second of them, which is the one linked here.
Crypto pitch deck template FAQ
What slides go in a crypto pitch deck?
12: title, problem, product, why now, market, traction, what you are selling (equity, token, or equity with warrants), distribution, competition, team, the raise, and the ask. Slides 3, 6 and 11 carry the decision, so a crypto pitch deck should show the product, the on-chain traction and the amount before a reader is 6 slides in.
Which funds lead seed rounds under $3M?
Across the 49 pre-seed, seed and extended-seed rounds on NAUT announced between 1 July and 27 October 2026, 4 firms are flagged as leads in the 12 rounds under $3M: Maven 11 Capital on 2 of them, plus Blockwall, Gaea Ventures and Foundation Capital. Those 12 rounds hold $16.7M between them.
How much did seed-stage rounds raise between July and October 2026?
$328.95M across the 43 rounds that disclosed an amount, out of 49 pre-seed, seed and extended-seed rounds announced between 1 July and 27 October 2026 on NAUT. 6 rounds disclosed no amount, and the median disclosed round was $5.5M.
Who are the most active seed investors at $6M and above?
NAUT flags 13 firms as leads in the 21 rounds of $6M or more in that window, including Blockchain Capital on Tare's $13.25M, Portal Ventures on Vest Exchange's $13M, Polychain Capital on Multiliquid's $8M across pre-seed and seed, Lattice and Dispersion Capital co-leading Dataline's $10.6M, and Sequoia Capital on a $30M seed announced 8 October, the largest round in the window with a lead on the record. The largest disclosed round of all, ORANGE JUICE's $40M seed announced 16 July, lists no backers at all. Coinbase Ventures joined 4 of the 21 and led none.
Does web3 fundraising need a token slide?
Only when a token is part of what you are selling, and then it belongs on slide 7 with the supply and the vesting on the same page. Of the 49 rounds here, the instrument is not in NAUT's record, so ask the fund what it bought last time: its NAUT page lists the rounds it joined, and the teams it backed will tell you.
