NAUT trust score: 1,763 crypto companies, 5 scores each

1,763 NAUT trust score crypto companies with a 0 to 10 trust score on NAUT, read on 5 November 2026. Logos: Solana, Ondo Finance, NEAR Protocol, Polygon, IXS (prev. IX Swap), Ampleforth, Chainflip, Cosmos, CoW Protocol, Pendle.

NAUT tracks 1,763 crypto companies that carry a NAUT trust score, a 0 to 10 number built as the plain average of 5 category scores sourced from Chainbroker, read on 5 November 2026. Those 1,763 rows average 5.32, run from 2.62 to 8.09, and the highest on NAUT's record is Solana at 8.09.

This guide is for the deal maker who uses a score to decide where to spend an hour: which 10 companies sit at the top, what the 5 categories behind the number are, what the score does not do, and the 1 API call that returns the same rows.

Data note

  • Read from NAUT's own database on 5 November 2026. Scope: live company rows with a populated trustScore, trustTier or scoreRank. Count after the filter: 1,763 rows.
  • Every 1 of the 1,763 scores carries a field source of Chainbroker, and 1,742 of them also store a Chainbroker page slug. The remaining 21 hold a score with no link-out ID.
  • NAUT's copy is a cached read, so a number here is dated 5 November 2026 rather than live. The drift is real and measured below.
  • Source check: 2 of the 10 companies in the table, Ondo Finance and Solana, had their category structure checked against their own chainbroker.io page on 5 November 2026. The other 8 of the 10 were not put through that check, and neither were the 1,753 scored rows outside the table.
  • Anyone listed can ask NAUT to remove their page at https://naut.so/legal/data-deletion.

How is the NAUT trust score calculated?

The score is the plain average of 5 category scores, each out of 10, stored on the company row. NAUT's data shows all 1,763 scored rows carry a value in all 5 categories, with 0 gaps. Recomputing the average and comparing it to the stored score matched for 1,739 of the 1,763 rows, 98.6%; the other 24 sit outside rounding tolerance, which is what a cached snapshot taken at 2 different moments looks like.

The 5 categories, with the definition stored beside each one:

Category What it weighs
Project Fundamentals Token distribution and utility, quality of backers, security measures
Performance Metrics Price change over time and resilience to market conditions
Market & Financial Health Trading volume, market cap, investor confidence, financial sustainability
Social & Development Community engagement and development activity
Roadmap & Timeline Strategic vision, execution plan, relevance of the stated goals

Checked on 5 November 2026, chainbroker.io's Ondo Finance page carries the same 5 names: "Project Fundamentals, Performance Metrics, Market & Financial Health, Social & Development, Roadmap & Timeline". The Solana page carries the same 5. By those definitions, Performance Metrics and Market & Financial Health lean on price and trading data, Project Fundamentals is part token (distribution, utility) and part company (backers, security), and Social & Development and Roadmap & Timeline are about activity and plan. A high score still leans on liquidity and price history, which is why a pre-token team you are about to pitch may hold no score at all.

Which companies have the highest NAUT trust score?

The 10 rows below are the 10 highest trust scores among the 1,763 scored companies, ranked by trust score, highest first, as NAUT held them on 5 November 2026. Score is the 0 to 10 trust score and Rank is the row's own scoreRank field.

Company Score Rank Sectors
8.09 2 L1/2/3, DeFi
7.96 1 DeFi, RWA
7.95 2 AI, L1/2/3, Infrastructure, Privacy, DeFi
7.92 6 Infrastructure
7.92 3 Infrastructure, DeFi, RWA, AI
7.84 4 DeFi
7.78 6 DeFi, Infrastructure
7.77 7 L1/2/3
7.62 9 DEX (Decentralized Exchange)
7.61 10 DEX (Decentralized Exchange), CEX (Centralized Exchange), DeFi

Read the Rank column against the score before you trust either. All 10 of these rows carry an empty trustTier, so the 10 highest-scoring companies on NAUT hold no tier label at all. And scoreRank does not follow the score: Ondo Finance scores 7.96 and carries rank 1, Solana scores 8.09 and carries rank 2, and rank 6 sits on 2 different rows. Sort a shortlist by the score itself.

Trust score out of 10, the 10 highest of 1,763 scored companies
  1. Solana8.09
  2. Ondo Finance7.96
  3. NEAR Protocol7.95
  4. Polygon7.92
  5. IXS (prev. IX Swap)7.92
  6. Ampleforth7.84
  7. Chainflip7.78
  8. Cosmos7.77
  9. CoW Protocol7.62
  10. Pendle7.61

The top of the list is tight: 0.48 of a point separates the 1st row from the 10th, so treat these 10 as 1 band rather than a 1 to 10 order.

How are the 1,763 scores spread?

Across the 1,763 scored rows the average is 5.32 and the median 5.33, with the lowest at 2.62 and the highest at 8.09. Nothing on NAUT's record scores under 2.62 or over 8.09, so the usable range for crypto project scores is about 5.5 points wide, and a row at 6.5 is further above the pack than the raw number suggests.

Tier labels are much thinner than the scores. Of the 1,763 scored rows, 206 carry a trustTier and 1,557 carry none:

Tier label Rows Share of the 1,763
No tier 1,557 88.3%
medium 137 7.8%
high 50 2.8%
low 14 0.8%
very high 5 0.3%

The 5 rows labelled "very high" score between 4.95 and 7.46 on NAUT's record, which is below the top of the score range, so the tier and the score are 2 separate fields filled at 2 different times. For a shortlist, the score is the field with coverage: 1,763 rows against 206.

What the NAUT trust score does not tell you

4 limits worth knowing before you build a pipeline on it.

  • It is a cached read, dated. Checked live on 5 November 2026, chainbroker.io's Ondo Finance page showed "7.95 / 10 with Rank: #5" while NAUT's cached row held 7.96 and rank 1. Small drift, same company, so quote the date with the number.
  • scoreRank is an imported field. The 1,763 scored rows hold 1,376 distinct rank values with a maximum of 1,802, so ranks repeat, skip numbers, and do not sort by score.
  • It says nothing about a team or a round. The 5 categories cover token, market, social and roadmap. Who runs the company and who funded it sit on the NAUT company page, in its team and funding records.
  • The row type can be wrong for a protocol. 1,697 of the 1,763 are filed as project; the other 66 carry platform (31), investor (24) or launchpad (11), and some of those labels fit the company poorly. Filter a shortlist on sector rather than on the type field.

What this tells a BD team or an investor

  • Treat the score as a triage tool for crypto company ratings. Use it to order 1,763 rows, then read the company page before you write the email.
  • Coverage is the real win here: 1,763 scored rows, each with 5 category scores and 0 gaps, is a wide enough base to slice by sector and work top down.
  • A pre-token or newly funded team you want to pitch can sit outside the 1,763 entirely, because Performance Metrics and Market & Financial Health rest on price and volume data a pre-token team has none of. A blank score is not a negative signal.
  • If you only read 1 field, read the score. Tier covers 206 rows, rank does not sort, the score covers all 1,763.
How to work the score as a shortlist
  1. Rank by score, not by rankThe 1,763 rows hold 1,376 distinct scoreRank values, so order your shortlist on trustScore.
  2. Slice by sectorEach row carries its sectors, from Cosmos at L1/2/3 to CoW Protocol at DEX.
  3. Read the 5 categoriesA score of 7.96 built on market cap reads differently from 1 built on roadmap and community.
  4. Date every numberNAUT's rows are a cached Chainbroker read, dated 5 November 2026 in this article.
  5. Open the company pageEach of the 10 pages above lists the team and the funding NAUT holds, which the score itself does not cover.

NAUT trust score FAQ

How is the NAUT trust score calculated?

It is the plain average of 5 category scores, each out of 10: Project Fundamentals, Performance Metrics, Market & Financial Health, Social & Development and Roadmap & Timeline. Recomputing that average matched the stored score on 1,739 of the 1,763 scored NAUT company rows as of 5 November 2026, 98.6%.

What counts as a good crypto trust score on NAUT?

Across the 1,763 scored companies on 5 November 2026 the average is 5.32 and the median 5.33, so anything above 6 sits well clear of the middle. The highest on record is Solana at 8.09 and the lowest is 2.62.

Does the NAUT trust score put companies in rank order?

The score does, and the scoreRank field does not. NAUT's 1,763 scored rows hold 1,376 distinct rank values up to 1,802, and Ondo Finance carries rank 1 at a score of 7.96 while Solana carries rank 2 at 8.09, so order a shortlist on the score.

Why do most companies have no trust tier?

trustTier is filled on 206 of the 1,763 scored rows, leaving 1,557 with no label, and the 5 rows marked "very high" score 4.95 to 7.46. The score is the field to use, because it covers all 1,763 rows.

Where can I find these 10 companies and the people who run them?

Each of the 10 highest-scoring companies has a NAUT page with its team, sectors and funding record, from Solana at 8.09 to Pendle at 7.61, and 1 call, GET https://api.naut.so/v1/projects/solana, returns the same row with its people for 5 credits.
